It is a monthly or annual home maintenance plan that helps homeowners stay ahead of small repairs, seasonal upkeep, and everyday handyman tasks. Members use included task credits for approved maintenance items around the home.
The current plans are Basic, Plus, and Elite. Basic is $49.99 per month or $499.99 annually and includes 6 task credits per year. Plus is $99.99 per month or $999.99 annually and includes 12 task credits per year. Elite is $199.99 per month or $1,999.99 annually and includes 24 task credits per year.
One task credit covers up to 60 minutes of approved handyman service. Quick items may be grouped during one visit. Larger or more complex work may require additional credits, purchased extra credits, or a separate custom job estimate.
Monthly subscriptions release credits in phases. Basic members can use 1 credit per month during the first 3 months, 2 credits per month after 3 months, and 3 credits per month after 6 months. Plus members can use 2 credits per month during the first 3 months, 3 credits per month after 3 months, and 4 credits per month after 6 months. Elite members can use 4 credits per month during the first 3 months, 6 credits per month after 3 months, and 8 credits per month after 6 months.
Annual subscribers receive instant full usage. That means they can use their total annual task credits in one month if needed, subject to scheduling availability, approved task rules, and service capacity.
Yes. Members can purchase extra credits when they need more service time. Current extra-credit options are 1 credit for $95, 3 credits for $255, or 5 credits for $375.
Purchased extra credits can be used immediately and do not count toward the member's monthly credit usage limit. They are separate from the credits included in the subscription plan.
