It is a monthly home maintenance plan that helps homeowners stay ahead of small repairs, seasonal upkeep, and everyday handyman tasks. Members use included task credits for approved maintenance items around the home.

What is a task credit?

One task credit covers up to 60 minutes of approved handyman service. Quick items may be grouped during one visit. Larger or more complex work may require additional credits or a separate estimate.

Can I choose my own tasks?

Yes. Members can choose tasks from the approved service list. The plan also includes a curated seasonal task calendar for customers who prefer recommended maintenance throughout the year.

What kinds of tasks are included?

Common tasks include drywall patching, small paint touch-ups, door and cabinet adjustments, cabinet hardware, weather stripping, caulking, smoke detector checks, HVAC filter replacement, minor drain clearing, accessible gutter checks, fence hardware tightening, furniture assembly, TV mounting, shelving, blinds, curtain rods, and similar approved handyman tasks.

What is the seasonal task calendar?

The seasonal calendar recommends practical home upkeep throughout the year, such as HVAC filters, smoke detector testing, dryer vent cleaning, gutter checks, caulking, draft sealing, and exterior preparation before winter.

What does Pro & Elite include that Basic does not?

Pro includes more annual task credits, more visits, next-day priority booking when available, dedicated Home Manager text and call support, a full 20-point annual inspection, 15% off eligible custom jobs, and a larger friend referral bonus.

Are materials included?

Materials are usually customer-provided unless the service team confirms otherwise. Examples include filters, fixtures, hardware, paint, mounts, blinds, shelves, caulk, and replacement parts.

Can I use the plan for emergency repairs?

The plan is designed for approved minor handyman and preventive maintenance tasks. Pro members receive next-day priority booking when available, but active leaks, electrical hazards, and urgent safety issues should go to the appropriate emergency or licensed service provider.

What services are not included?

Permitted plumbing work, repiping, soldering, permitted electrical work, new wiring, outlet or switch replacement, roof repairs, major structural work, unsafe ladder or roof access, and licensed trade work are not included in the standard plan.

Can you mount TVs, shelves, mirrors, and artwork?

Yes, when the wall type, item size, location, and mounting hardware are suitable. Larger or more complex mounting jobs may require additional credits or a separate estimate.

Can you assemble furniture?

Yes. Flat-pack furniture from IKEA, Amazon, Wayfair, and similar retailers can be assembled. Large or complex assemblies may require additional credits or add-on pricing.

Can you clean gutters?

Accessible gutter checks or cleaning may be included when the work can be completed safely. Roof access, unsafe ladder work, or specialized equipment may require a separate service.

How do I schedule a visit?

Members can schedule through the service team or app, depending on account setup. Pro members also receive dedicated Home Manager text and call support.

What happens if a task takes longer than expected?

If a task exceeds the included time, the technician may use additional credits, recommend rescheduling, or provide a separate estimate for add-on work.
